1. Consideration of a continued petition:
The Committee considered the following continued petition—
- PE1992: Dual the A9 and improve road safety. The Committee agreed to close the petition under Rule 15.7 of Standing Orders. In closing the petition, the Committee agreed to write a letter for the incoming Presiding Officer.
2. Consideration of new petitions:
The Committee considered the following new petitions—
- PE2191: Review legislation in order to strengthen the Scottish Outdoor Access Code. The Committee agreed to close the petition under Rule 15.7 of Standing Orders.
- PE2192: Prevent domestic abusers from using bankruptcy to escape debt. The Committee agreed to close the petition under Rule 15.7 of Standing Orders.
- PE2193: Address Dangerous Delays in Paediatric Cancer Diagnostics. The Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government and the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health.
- PE2194: Amend the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act to prevent abuse of power of attorney. The Committee agreed to close the petition under Rule 15.7 of Standing Orders.
- PE2197: Allow more survivors of care abuse to access redress. The Committee agreed to close the petition under Rule 15.7 of Standing Orders.
- PE2198: Establish a standardised and fair public participation process for all Scottish councils. The Committee agreed to close the petition under Rule 15.7 of Standing Orders.

- PE2208: Implement mandatory collection and publication of child sexual offender data. The Committee agreed to consider the petition as part of an upcoming work programme item about the Committee’s ongoing work.
- PE2209: Make CCTV mandatory in all taxis and private hire vehicles. The Committee agreed to close the petition under Rule 15.7 of Standing Orders.
