The Glasgow Commonwealth Games Bill was introduced on 9 November 2007 [Session 3]
This was a Government Bill. Government Bills before September 2012 were known as Executive Bills.
The Bill was passed on 30 April 2008 and became an Act on 10 June 2008
If the Bill is passed by MSPs, it can then get Royal Assent and become an Act.
