The Land Reform (Scotland) Bill was introduced on 27 November 2001 [Session 1]
This was a Government Bill. Government Bills before September 2012 were known as Executive Bills.
The Bill was passed on 23 January 2003 and became an Act on 25 February 2003
If the Bill is passed by MSPs, it can then get Royal Assent and become an Act.
