Decision Time

There are three questions to be put as a result of today’s business. The first question is, that motion S4M-07954, in the name of Joe FitzPatrick, on approval of a Scottish statutory instrument, be agreed to.

Motion agreed to,

That the Parliament agrees that the Glasgow Commonwealth Games (Trading and Advertising) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 [draft] be approved.

The next question is, that motion S4M-07955, in the name of Joe FitzPatrick, on approval of a Scottish statutory instrument, be agreed to.

Motion agreed to,

That the Parliament agrees that the National Health Service (Cross-Border Health Care) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 [draft] be approved.

The next question is, that motion S4M-07956, in the name of Joe FitzPatrick, on the designation of a lead committee, be agreed to.

Motion agreed to,

That the Parliament agrees that the Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee be designated as the lead committee in consideration of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Bill at stage 1.
