Good morning, folks, and welcome to the Referendum (Scotland) Bill Committee’s sixth meeting in 2013. Item 1 concerns witness expenses. Are my committee colleagues content for me to be responsible for arranging for the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body to pay any expenses under the appropriate rule?
