Under item 2, we will consider the four negative instruments that are listed on the agenda. I refer members to paper 1. I note that the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee had concerns about a couple of the instruments and that the Government responded by saying that it will correct minor questions of inconsistency and definitions in the near future.

Do members wish to comment on any of the instruments? I am sure that you have read them all thoroughly.

As there are no comments, are members content for the committee to make no recommendation on the instruments?
