Private Bills (Witness Expenses)

Agenda item 2 is a standard item, to delegate to me, as the convener, the responsibility for arranging for the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body to pay, under rule 12.4.3, any expenses to witnesses in the inquiry into private bills. Are members content to delegate that authority to me?
