Decision on Taking Business in Private

Welcome to the 10th meeting of the Local Government and Regeneration Committee. As usual, I ask everyone to ensure that they have switched off their mobile phones and electronic devices. We have received apologies from Ruth Davidson, who is unable to attend today.
