Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good afternoon. I welcome everyone to the eighth meeting in 2015 of the Justice Sub-Committee on Policing. I ask everyone to switch off mobile phones and other electronic devices completely, as they interfere with broadcasting even when they are switched to silent.

No apologies have been received. Item 1 is a decision on whether to take in private item 3, which is on our work programme. Do members agree to take the item in private?
