Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the seventh meeting in 2013 of the Scottish Parliament’s Finance Committee. I remind everyone present to ensure that they have no mobile phones, tablets, BlackBerrys or other electronic devices switched on. This morning we have received apologies from Michael McMahon.
