The Committee took evidence on legislative consent memorandum LCM-S6-73 from—
Graeme Dey, Minister for Parliamentary Business and Veterans, Will Dunn, Veterans Unit, and Clare McKinlay, Solicitor, Legal Directorate, Scottish Government.
The Committee agreed to recommend that the Parliament give consent to the relevant provisions in the Bill identified by the Scottish Government in its draft motion. It also agreed to delegate to the Convener responsibility for finalising a report on the legislative consent memorandum.

The Committee considered and agreed a draft letter in response to the Scottish Government's consultation on its review of the National Performance Framework. The Committee also agreed a draft letter on The City of Edinburgh Council’s Suspended Housing Allocations Policy.
The Committee considered a draft legacy report. The Committee agreed to delegate to the Convener responsibility for finalising the report for publication.
