Old Leith Rediscovered Project

That the Parliament congratulates the Old Leith Rediscovered project, which is run by the Living Memory Association in Lothian in collaboration with Spirit of Leithers and the National Library of Scotland, on it being awarded £90,100  by the National Lottery Heritage Fund; celebrates the opening of a new unit at the Wee Museum of Memory, Ocean Terminal, which will allow visitors to learn about the past history of Leith and delve digitally into its old streets and buildings; recognises the rich history of the area and its people; notes that this new interactive space will be a place of education, heritage and living memory; understands that it will offer an opportunity for different generations to come together to learn about the Leith community; applauds all involved with this, and wishes them and project all the best for the future.
