That the Parliament congratulates 62-year-old Jim McAneny, of Bearsden, on completing the 250km Marathon Des Sables in Morocco, and for becoming the oldest UK finisher of the long-distance endurance race; notes that he undertook six marathons in seven days to raise £2,000 for The Brain Tumour Charity, after a friends diagnosis, and acknowledges that this was a gruelling test and, to have completed it, is a fantastic accomplishment.
