Kidical Mass Inverness

That the Parliament recognises the Inverness branch of Kidical Mass, which is part of a worldwide collective of people and families who campaign for active travel safety and sustainability by organising monthly cycling events through urban centres; understands that the Inverness branch is the first Kidical Mass group in Scotland; celebrates its dedication to building confidence in young cyclists to encourage active travel as they get older; commends them on growing from 50 participants at the first cycle in August 2021 to 250 at the October event; thanks the safety marshals, Velocity Café and Bicycle Workshop and 42 Cycling, for facilitating the events; appreciates their dedication to sustainability and active travel, and wishes them well for their next event in November.
