That the Parliament recognises the fantastic charitable work carried out by Diamonds In The Community around the Airdrie and Shotts constituency before, during and amidst the recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic; applauds its efforts in organising a community baby bank, delivering furniture and goods to those in desperate need and delivering prescriptions to those unable to get out of their homes, and praises the individual selfless acts of kindness in the local community, which saw the group nominated as the Airdrie and Shotts local hero.
