That the Parliament congratulates two Mid Scotland and Fife region businesses for making it to the final of the 2021 Scottish Bar & Pub Awards; notes that the Kinneuchar Inn, Kilconquhar, has entered the final to win the Inverarity Morton Restaurant of the Year category; believes that the Golf Inn, in the town of Ladybank, has been shortlisted for the Molson Coors Evolution Award; understands that the final award ceremony will be held at Glasgow’s Hilton Hotel on 14 September 2021; acknowledges the resilience, strength and determination of an industry that has faced many difficult challenges over the COVID-19 pandemic period and applauds those who have strived to deliver high standards of excellence, and recognises the hard work of the staff and extends very best wishes to both businesses for luck in the competition.
