Tokyo Paralympic Success for Scott Quin

That the Parliament congratulates Scott Quin on his success at the Tokyo Paralympic Games; notes that Scott won a bronze medal in the men’s 100m breaststroke; recognises that he has previously competed in the European and World Championships; understands that Scott started his swimming career at the local Loanhead Dolphins, in the Midlothian North and Musselburgh constituency, and applauds him on his achievements in his swimming career as an ambassador for Scotland and Team GB.
