  • Date lodged: Thursday, 24 June 2021
  • Motion reference: S6M-00514

That the Parliament congratulates Fraser Campbell on winning the Young Chef of the Year competition, which was organised by Catering Scotland, recognises Fraser's commitment and dedication towards learning his craft by becoming a dishwasher at the age of 14; acknowledges the training he received at Perth College before winning a scholarship role in the kitchen of the late Scots' Michelin star-winning chef Andrew Fairlie, and wishes the 24-year-old chef from Dumfries further success as he pursues his career, working at the Globe Inn and Annandale Distillery.
