That the Parliament congratulates Lorna Williamson on taking over from Margaret Stenton to become the President of Elgin Rotary Club; recognises, the contribution made by Margaret and wishes her all the very best for the future; notes that, during 2020, the club has distributed around £15,000 for good causes in Moray and £14,000 for international charities; welcomes the ongoing contribution that Elgin Rotary makes to the civic life of Moray, and sends its best wishes to Lorna in her new role.
