That the Parliament welcomes the return of Alloa Rotary Club's Young Musician Competition for 2023, with the final to be held on 1 June 2023 at Alva Academy; understands that potential young musicians have until the end of February to enter, with the competition open to secondary school-aged people, up to the age of 17 as of 31 August 2022, who must either live in, or be educated in, Clackmannanshire; is enthused that both instrumentalists and vocalists are welcome; acknowledges that the final in June of the entire competition, which will again be sponsored by Sauchie firm, Norland Joinery Ltd, at Alva Academy, will be a live event, and wishes all entrants and everyone involved the very best of luck in their endeavours.
