That the Parliament congratulates the Italian restaurant, Trattoria Roma, and all of its staff members on winning a number of prestigious awards at the recent Scottish Italian Awards; recognises that, as well as picking up the award for Best Family Friendly Restaurant, Trattoria Roma was also given highly recommended status in the Best Restaurant Manager category, after winning the title outright in the previous year; notes that many customers have been dining there for years and celebrate all their big family occasions there, and that Christmas Day is sold out every year; understands that the owner, Indrit Mataj, has worked there for 29 years after starting as a waiter when he was just 17 years old, and also met his wife, Anisa, when she started as a waitress there; acknowledges that Indrit is keen to share the credit of the success with the 15 members of his team, and congratulates them once again on this fantastic achievement.
