Congratulating Real Food Cafe on Reaching Field to Frier Shortlist for National Fish and Chip Awards 2023

That the Parliament congratulates Real Food Cafe in Tyndrum on being announced as Top 3 in the Field to Frier category for the National Fish and Chip Awards 2023; acknowledges that the Real Food Cafe in Tyndrum is the only Scottish business shortlisted in the category, with the other top businesses being Pier Point Fish and Chips in Torquay and Fiddlers Elbow Fish and Chips in Leintwardine; understands that the Field to Frier category recognises businesses for their excellence in potato knowledge, care and chip preparation, and is sponsored by potato supplier Isle of Ely Produce, in partnership with Babylon, a new variety of chipping potato from Agrico; notes that the National Fish and Chip Awards 2023 are hosted by the National Federation of Fish Friers (NFFF) and will take place on the 28 February 2023 at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, and wishes Real Food Cafe in Tyndrum all the best of luck at the award ceremony in February.
