Rosewell Development Trust Receives £89,507 Grant from the National Lottery Community Fund

That the Parliament congratulates the Rosewell Development Trust on receiving a £89,507 grant from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that the Trust will use this funding to continue and further develop the delivery of a range of activities intended to support the health and wellbeing for those most impacted by the cost of living crisis and those with poor mental and physical health due to the long-term impact of the COVID-19 pandemic; acknowledges that this funding will help the Trust’s work, which involves around 2,300 participants and supports 63 volunteers over three years in Rosewell; appreciates the vital efforts of local community groups during the cost of living crisis, which many have continued to do since the pandemic to help support those who need it the most; praises Rosewell Development Trust for the work that it has undertaken to date, and wishes it the best with this project going forward.
