That the Parliament congratulates Kirkintilloch on being one of just three areas shortlisted in the Improving Scotland's Places category of the prestigious 2022 SURF Awards for Best Practice in Community Regeneration, which identify and celebrate best practice, innovation and achievement in interventions that improve Scotland's communities.
