Benbecula Airport Deemed Best in Customer Satisfaction

That the Parliament welcomes the news that Benbecula Airport has been designated the best for customer satisfaction in an analysis by Dealchecker, a travel comparison site; congratulates the airport’s staff on providing a smooth, friendly service and quality food options; understands that Dealchecker analysed thousands of Google reviews to compile its chart of the top 40 best airports; notes the findings that smaller airports received the best ratings; further notes that Benbecula Airport, operated by the publicly-owned Highlands and Islands Airports Ltd, welcomed 24,202 passengers in 2021, and wishes the staff of Benbecula Airport well in the future.
