Late Arbroath Carer’s Family Raises £2,000 for Roxburghe House

That the Parliament commends the family of Kirsteen Shaw, of Arbroath, on their fundraising in her memory for Roxburghe House palliative care unit, where Kirsteen was cared for as a breast cancer patient; recognises that over £2,000 has been raised so far by her daughter, Demi, son, Jay, and father, William, which has provided 13 smart TVs; notes the esteem in which she held the unit and applauds the efforts of staff; expresses condolences to the family on the tragic loss of Kirsteen, who passed away in June 2022 following a terminal diagnosis, and wishes them all the best with plans to raise further funds for Dundee’s Maggie’s Centre with a memorial dance.
