Clydebank’s Golden Jubilee Wins MOD Gold Award

That the Parliament celebrates the NHS Golden Jubilee in Clydebank, for retaining the Ministry of Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Gold Award; notes that the Gold Award is the highest honour awarded by the Ministry of Defence ERS; understands that in order for an employer to receive this award, organisations must provide extra leave for reservists, have supportive human resources and advocate the benefits of supporting staff in the Armed Forces; recognises the importance of military service personnel and the transferrable skills, it believes, they bring to their roles in the NHS, and encourages all organisations with employees in the Armed Forces to sign the Armed Forces Covenant.
