Inver – Scotland’s Best Restaurant

That the Parliament congratulates Inver Restaurant, in Strachur, on being named Scotland’s Best Restaurant by the National Restaurant Awards; notes that the National Restaurant Awards describes Inver as “an emphatic celebration of Scotland’s larder that displays reverence to the provenance and quality of its local ingredients”; understands that Inver was one of the first restaurants in the UK to be awarded the Michelin Green Star, which recognises sustainable practices, and commends the owners for their work in supporting and maintaining the local ecosystem.
