That the Parliament applauds Aiden Armstrong from St Andrew’s and St Bride’s in East Kilbride on being a finalist in Show Racism the Red Card’s Creative Competition 2022; notes that the ceremony, which took place at Glasgow’s Hampden Park, recognised the sterling efforts being made by pupils the length of Scotland in uniting to denounce racism and prejudice; highlights Aiden’s message, “To bring about change, you must not be afraid to take the first step. We will fail when we fail to try”; thanks Show Racism the Red Card for its ongoing work in promoting this message, and congratulates Aiden for leading the way in East Kilbride.
