Congratulating Dr Kirsteen Cole MBE

That the Parliament congratulates Dr Kirsteen Cole of Orphir, Orkney, on being named a Member of the British Empire (MBE) by Her Majesty the Queen in the Platinum Jubilee Honours for services to the community and to general practice in Orkney during COVID-19; understands that Dr Cole is a general practitioner partner in the Skerryvore Medical Practice, and chair of the GP Sub Committee; understands that her specialist knowledge has been central to the preparation, management and on-going response of NHS Orkney to the pandemic; commends Dr Cole for all of her efforts, and sends very best wishes to her.
