That the Parliament congratulates Vale of Leven FC in celebrating its 150th anniversary; understands that former professional footballer, Hugh Hamill, has been a stalwart at the club having played with them since 1985, coached the first team and is now coach of the under-20s; notes that he is one of the longest-serving coaches in junior football in Scotland, and understands that Angus Wallace, who has served as treasurer and secretary, has been involved with the club for 50 years and that both men, together with other long-serving volunteers and coaches, are dedicated to nurturing new talent and ensuring that the club provides people in the area with a platform to enjoy football, from players from five years old to seniors playing walking football.
