Moray Support for Ukraine

That the Parliament thanks the Polish Deli in Elgin, which, along with countless other businesses and organisations across Scotland, has collected aid donations that will be sent to the Polish-Ukraine border; supports the rallying of the large Ukrainian community in Elgin; commends Dr Gray’s Hospital, Elgin vaccination centre and Buckie Dental Practice, which have donated medical supplies, and stands in solidarity with the people of Ukraine and what it considers as their right to self-determination.
