Perth and Kinross Association of Voluntary Service (PKAVS) Celebrates 50th Anniversary

That the Parliament warmly congratulates the Perth and Kinross Association of Voluntary Service (PKAVS) on its upcoming 50th anniversary; understands that the charity helps over 5,000 people each year through its support for carers, minority communities, the third sector, and people experiencing mental health issues; appreciates that its success since its inception in the 1970s is, in large part, due to its dedicated volunteers and staff, and wishes it all the best for the years ahead.
