To ask the Scottish Government whether it will confirm what key sections of the A96 it plans to dual, as announced in the draft Scottish Budget for 2026-27.
The Scottish Government’s current position has not changed – it remains in support of full dualling of the A96 and is progressing the dualling process from Inverness to Nairn, including the Nairn Bypass.
